Beneath the Skin; AIGA Exhibition
Senior Studio Capstone | University of Massachusetts Lowell BFA Program: This yearlong capstone project brought together print, digital, and motion design through three main components: a fully designed book, a curated social media presence, and a series of motion graphic posters. The final work was featured on the UMass Lowell BFA website. Throughout the process, I presented the project four separate times to faculty panels and external reviewers, strengthening my public speaking and presentation skills while learning how to clearly communicate design decisions and concept development. The project required a high level of self-management and discipline, from early concept through final execution. Conceptually, this project is deeply personal. It reflects my experience living with an invisible disability and explores the idea that not all challenges are immediately visible. This work pushed me to grow not only as a designer, but also in how I communicate meaningful, human-centered stories through design.
